"Adventure Holidays in Ghebi"-a non-aggressive tourism project-with an already long history that began in 2016. After many visits to Georgia, especially Upper Racha, Margaret fell in love with the place and decided to settle in the picturesque village of Ghebi.

Her fascination with the beauty of the wild Caucasus Mountains and her love of horses led her to settle in this forgotten village. Margaret explored and researched the surrounding mountains and developed 6 hiking and horseback riding trails and 10 places for active holidays in the mountains.

Gosia, as everyone calls her here, farms horses, poultry, pigs and sheep. She has brought an old house back to life, transforming it into a Mountain Hostel. This has put Ghebi on the tourist maps of the world.

My dream is for Ghebi village to become strong, wealthy and self-sufficient, and for its people to enjoy prosperity and a decent income doing the work they love. I want to set an example for them that hard work will always be appreciated, and to give them hope that tourism has great prospects in this remarkable region

No one will show and tell the story of Racza like Gosia, who is a helpful, sincere and kind person, who loves animals and respects nature. She has created a wonderful place that is very real, without pomp and pretense. If you are looking for the real Georgia, beautiful mountains, good food, interesting stories and experiences then I recommend with a pure heart.

Whoever wants to experience their trip of a lifetime, this is definitely the best place. Gosia is one and unique. Wonderful. The food is nuts (I recommend the ostri and harcio). Hachapuri and cheese with herbs (not available outside Adventure Holidays in Ghebi) from a neighbour are fantastic.
And the tinctures from Gosia are simply stunning.

A beautifully charming place, the Rioni river winding its way up to the foot of the Caucasus peaks: Stairs, Notsary, Sartsividzili and on the hill the house of crazy Gosia, with an equally crazy dog she will find named Bichuna (means boy) , a duck Deysa dancing at the sight of the "lady", chickens giving eggs all winter, and of course horses Corya, Jamala and her little foal Vendetta, Pija, Snow and Trawiata. All this makes you, when leaving here, plan the next arrival and the next and the next and well ! you are already a ghebin say, hahaha
